SHIPPING POLICY

At Carved Curves FZ-LLC, we are committed to delivering your pieces safely and efficiently, wherever you are.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or new collection launches.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship:
- Within the United Arab Emirates
- Internationally

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times:
UAE Orders:
2–4 business days after dispatch
International Orders:
5–10 business days after dispatch (depending on destination and customs processing)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Shipping carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping details provided
- Events beyond our control (force majeure)
4. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any express or upgraded shipping option will be clearly displayed before payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
For international shipments:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Clearance fees
are the responsibility of the customer.
Carved Curves FZ-LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, original shipping fees and return shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not liable for:
- Delays or losses caused by incorrect address details
- Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
7. RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss and title for products transfer to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Carved Curves FZ-LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and supporting photos (if applicable)
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
9. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse shipment to certain countries
- Cancel orders where shipping restrictions apply
- Request additional verification for high-value orders
