RETURNS

At Carved Curves, every piece is crafted with intention.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it seamless.


THE ESSENTIALS

  • 7-day return window from the date of delivery
  • Earrings are non-returnable (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving your return

OUR APPROACH

We kindly ask that all items are returned in their original Carved Curves box and pouch. Pieces showing any signs of wear and tear or damage will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.


EXCHANGES

At this time, Carved Curves does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different piece, we recommend returning your item (if eligible) and placing a new order.


IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.


SALE & GIFT ORDERS

Sale items are returnable unless marked Final Sale.
For gifted pieces, the original purchaser may request the return, or we can issue a Gift card.
